This is a form-based variation on the status-line ticker. It lets you embed a marquee anywhere you like on a page. (MS Internet Explorer offers a <MARQUEE> tag that does something similar). As with the status-line ticker, this ticker is written to be as simple as possible, yet allow you plenty of control over the messages and scroll speed.
