Botany Bay Yard, Armley, Leeds.

One of a series of three pictures taken of the boat when the Armley section of the canal was drained. This close-up view of the stern looking forward shows some of the heavy bracketing on the stern (incorporating an "eye" for the rudder pintle), one of the additional attachment points and cross section of the keel timber.
With close examination one of the long bolts clamping the stern timbers can be seen.
