UPPMAX time and memory legend
The HunPos tag order and lexical emission order experiment performed on UPPMAX (Forsbom 2009), resulted in tab-separated log files:
The files include information on memory and time usage, with the following columns:
- SE: lexical emission order (1,2,3,4) for source corpus (SUC)
- ST: state transition order (1,2,3,4) for source corpus (SUC)
- BE: lexical emission order (1,2,3,4) for bootstrap corpus (Parole)
- BT: state transition order (1,2,3,4) for bootstrap corpus (Parole)
- Isis: node in Isis cluster at UPPMAX
- User: user time for bootstrap procedure (hours, minutes, seconds)
- System: system time for bootstrap procedure (hours, minutes, seconds)
- CPU: CPU time for bootstrap procedure (hours, minutes, seconds)
- MaxVMemMiB: maximum virtual memory used (MB)
