Command-line program for setting batches of ID-file passwords

NotesPwds is a command-line program for setting batches of Notes Domino ID-file passwords. You use it in a console window like this:

notespwds passwords.txt

This is useful if you have ID-files in your organisation that are not password protected, and you want to improve security.
